This Privacy Policy describes how Isaacs And Marsh Enterprises, LLC, dba Thomas Federal Solutions Group ("TFSG," "we," "us") handles information collected through this website, our contact form, and our Clients and Teaming Partners portals.

Information we collect

• Contact form. Your name, email address and message, and optionally your phone number and organization.
• Clients portal. Business contact information for agencies, primes and businesses we work with — such as organization name, contact name, email, phone, and the services you're interested in — plus requests, messages and project records you share with us.
• Teaming Partners portal. Business information about contractors, subcontractors and vendors — such as company name, contact email, capabilities, NAICS codes, CAGE and UEI numbers, self-reported certifications, location and past performance.
• Technical information. Basic logs such as browser type and pages visited, kept by our hosting provider for security and performance.

How we use it

• To respond to inquiries and manage our working relationship with you.
• To plan, propose and deliver projects, and to organize teaming arrangements on bids.
• To keep the website and portals secure, and to meet legal and contractual obligations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

• Only authorized TFSG personnel can see client pipeline records, client notes, and the teaming partner directory.
• A client can see only their own account: their requests, documents, invoices and messages.
• A teaming partner can see only their own company profile and the opportunities TFSG marks as open to teaming. Partners never see our clients, our notes, or other partners.
• We share information with service providers who host and operate this site, or when required by law. We share a partner's details with a prospective client or prime only with that partner's permission.

How we protect it

Information travels over encrypted (HTTPS) connections and is stored in a secured database. Access rules in the database itself — not just the website — limit each person to the records they are allowed to see. Portal access is by invitation only.

Retention

We keep information only as long as needed for the relationship and our business records, then delete it.

Requesting access or deletion

To see, correct, or delete the information we hold about you or your company, email nadine@iamarshenterprises.com with the subject "Privacy request." We will respond to deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible.

Children

This website is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest revision.
